7/4/07: "To Do" List, With A Twist
We are all familiar with the concept
of the "To Do" list. Some use
it to check off daily chores and errands while others use it to map out action
steps to manifest desires.
Having started a "To Be" list yesterday,
the next step is to add action… but not the typical action we might add
to a typical "To Do" list.
Take a look at your "To Be" list. A typical “To Do” list
would add action steps to the items in the left column (the effects), the things
you want to manifest.
Instead, list
action steps to the items in the right column (the cause).
Ask yourself what you must do in order to be the things
you listed.
For example, if you wrote down, "Double my income by January 2008" in
the left column, your right column might say things such as affirmations:
" I am worthy of making more money."
" My expertise and skills are valuable."
Or qualities such
as:
“Abundance
thinking”
“ Confident”
“ Bold”
Your “To
Do” list will now say things such as,
“Repeat
affirmation 5 times a day” or “Visualize myself
as a confident person before leaving home for work” or “Start
a gratitude list” and anything else you feel will
help you achieve the beingness listed in the right column.
When you focus
your action steps more toward the cause than the effect,
you start at the root of creation and you begin to manifest
immediately and directly, affecting every aspect of your
life.
