5/14/06: Saying and Doing
What we say and what we do are often two
different things.
Actions reveal more about someone's character
than their words. Pay attention to what people do, not
what they say, in order to find out who they really are.
This is also a great tool for self-discovery.
Pay attention to the things YOU do, not what you say, in
order to find out who YOU really are.
We tell ourselves and others things that
are not true all the time. While we may not be consciously
lying, we may be in denial. But actions never lie; consistent
actions over a period of time always reveal the truth.
When what we say and what we do become
more aligned, we begin living with self authenticity, honesty
and integrity.
