5/9/05: The 5 Personality Types at Work

There are five types of people in the workplace.

1) You have a job to do, you don’t do it.
2) You have a job to do, you do just enough to get by.
3) You have a job to do, you do a decent job.
4) You have a job to do, you do whatever it takes to get it done, and more.
5) You have a job to do, you do whatever it takes to get it done, and more…unless it compromises your integrity.

The way you work is the way you live.
