3/26/07: To Do: Find Center

Take time each day to find your center. While there is nothing more pressing than centering ourselves, we often spend our days doing everything else but. We race around doing this and that, checking things off our to-do lists and creating more things to do on our to-do lists and achieving and accomplishing and trying and doing and finishing and starting and for all our “doing”, we do nothing of real value.

Even the most seemingly insignificant task creates value when we're centered.

Acting from a place other than your center means acting from fear, shame, guilt, regret, sorrow, pain, desperation, ignorance, separation and unawareness.

Before you do anything, take a moment to find that place within you that is strong, still and whole.

Make every thought, word and deed originate from your center. When you think, speak, act and exist from the core of your being, everything is heightened and nothing can stop you, nothing can hold you back and nothing can go wrong.
