3/22/07: Fully Engaged

Our perception of life has nothing to do with life itself. Life simply is, no matter how we think or feel about it.

When we are fully engaged in life, we experience all of life's wonder and beauty.

When we are closed off, we wonder why life is so bland and complain that there must be more.

Life, however, remains the same whether we are fully engaged or disengaged. It is our perception of it, what we choose to see and how we relate to life that changes our experience of it.

If you want to change your life, change your experience of it. No matter where or how your life is this very moment, become engaged in it, wake up to the possibilities of it and enliven your senses to it.
