3/11/07: Stress & Worry

All problems are resolved at some time or another. Stressing and worrying about a situation will neither change it nor speed up the resolution of it.

On the contrary, by putting all your focus, in the form of stress and worry, on a problem, it hinders and often enlarges it.

A better way is to put all your focus into seeing the problem already resolved. When you find yourself stressing and worrying, stop and visualize the situation as you would like it to be after it is resolved.

See how it would look and feel how you would feel when it is fully resolved and keep your focus on that image as much as possible.

This not only helps to speed up the resolution of the situation but also makes you feel more at peace in the midst of it.
