3/4/07: Practice Nonresistance
When you are joyful,
appreciative and grateful, you are in a state of nonresistance,
open, expansive and all encompassing.
When you are angry,
fearful, sad or resentful, you are in a state of resistance,
constricted, small and limiting.
Practice nonresistance
by remaining open and simply allowing life to
happen. Joy, appreciation and gratitude is your true state.
If you are not
feeling either, you are resisting.
