2/6/08: The Power of You

When you hold someone else responsible for the pain you feel, you negate your own power.

When you hold someone else responsible for the joy you feel, you negate your own power.

When you hold someone else responsible for circumstances in your life, you negate your own power.

If you only knew a fraction of how truly powerful you are, you would never let another hold dominion over you. And when you hold someone else responsible for anything in your life, including your feelings, you turn your power over to them. With or without their awareness, you become a slave to them.

Reclaim your power by acknowledging that you are the creator, the master of your own life experiences. Stand in your own divine power and consciously, deliberately and proudly take command over your own destiny.

The power you have is the same power that creates galaxies. Never underestimate the power of YOU.
