1/30/06: Creating Internal Scenarios
We often create internal scenarios that make us angry or
upset. The more we dwell in the scenarios, the more angry
and upset we become. Yet, we continue to create and dwell
in them, and then we wonder why we’re so unhappy.
Our internal scenarios may or may not manifest externally,
but the more we give attention to them, the more likely they
are to occur. And in the meantime, we experience the anger
and pain as though they already happened.
So if you want to experience joy, create joyous internal
scenarios. Whether they manifest or not, your experience
of joy will bring more joyful scenarios toward you.
