1/14/08: Look In Your Self

Take a good look in yourself.

If you don’t absolutely love what you see, you are not looking.

Most likely, you are judging, criticizing, doubting, fearing, comparing, labeling, analyzing, condemning, picking and thinking.

Just be still. Quiet your mind. And look.

See?

Do you see the deliciously scrumptious YOU that you are?

You’ll know when you see it. You won’t be able to help yourself from bursting out in pure and utter joy, love and appreciation.

Just keep looking in. You’ll see.

When you scream out in ecstasy and delight over nothing more than the sheer fact that you exist, that’s when you know, you see yourself.

Any lesser vision you hold of yourself is false.
