1/8/07: Think, Talk and Feel

If you want to attract something into your life, think about it, talk about it and feel it as often as possible.

If there is something about your life, your family, your partner, your work or yourself that you do not like, complaining about it, thinking about it, analyzing it or wishing it was different is not going to make it go away.

On the contrary, continually thinking about what you don't want or don't have, talking about what you don't want and feeling what you don't want only continues to draw that which you don't want into your life.

Instead, start thinking and talking about what you do have in your life, your family, your partner, your work or yourself. Focus on the positive aspects and the value that already exists.

Then, when you think of what you want, you are simply adding to your abundance, not replacing your lack.

Never let yourself think or talk about what you don't have and what you don't want. Focus on, think and talk about what you want and what you have.
